This policy describes how Ассистент (the “Service”: a Telegram bot and Mini App, operated by M.A.S. Labs, “we”) collects, uses, stores and shares information. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Provided by you

  • Telegram account identifiers (user ID, name, username) and the messages, commands and files (for example schedule photos) that you send to the bot.
  • Your study group, class schedule, tasks, notes and settings.
  • Optionally, an access link or login for your university's learning portal (Moodle), if you choose to connect it, so the Service can read study deadlines.
  • Optionally, voice messages you send, if you use voice features.

From your Google account (only if you connect it)

  • Google Calendar: your calendar events (to show your day, find free time, and add events you ask us to add).
  • Google Tasks: your task lists and tasks (to show, add and complete tasks you ask us to).
  • Your Google account email address, to identify the connected account.

Access is granted through Google's OAuth consent screen. You choose which permissions to approve, and the Service requests only the permissions needed for the features above.

2. How we use information

  • To provide the Service: show your schedule, send reminders and daily summaries, sync with Google Calendar and Tasks, track study deadlines, and answer your questions.
  • To generate the text of reminders, summaries and answers using an AI model.
  • To keep the Service secure and to fix errors.

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use Google user data to train AI models.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Ассистент's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features described above. It is not transferred to others except as needed to provide those features (see section 4), to comply with law, or with your consent, and no humans read it unless you ask for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

4. Service providers that process data

  • Telegram — message delivery and the Mini App.
  • Google (Apps Script, Sheets, Calendar, Tasks) — the Service runs on Google infrastructure; per-user state is stored in Google Sheets controlled by the operator.
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — text of schedules, tasks and messages needed to produce a reply is sent to the API for processing.
  • ElevenLabs — only if you use voice: text is converted to speech and voice messages are transcribed.

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the features you use. We do not give them more than a feature needs.

5. Storage, retention and security

Data is stored in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script properties accessible only to the operator. Google access tokens are stored encrypted by the platform and used only to call Google APIs on your behalf. We keep data while you use the Service. Access is limited to the operator, and transfer happens over HTTPS.

6. Your choices and deleting data

  • Disconnect Google at any time with the bot command /disconnect, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that we stop accessing your Google data and delete the stored tokens.
  • To delete all data we hold about you, write to pnoneisam@gmail.com from your Telegram username or send the request to the bot. We delete it within 30 days.

7. Children

The Service is intended for university students and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the bot.

2. Как мы используем данные

  • Чтобы работал Сервис: показывать расписание, присылать напоминания и сводки, синхронизироваться с Google Календарём и Задачами, отслеживать учебные дедлайны и отвечать на ваши вопросы.
  • Чтобы с помощью модели ИИ формировать тексты напоминаний, сводок и ответов.
  • Чтобы обеспечивать безопасность и исправлять ошибки.

Мы не продаём данные, не используем их для рекламы и не используем данные пользователей Google для обучения моделей ИИ.

3. Политика Google API Services User Data Policy

Использование Ассистентом информации, полученной через API Google, и её передача в другие приложения соответствуют Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования об ограниченном использовании (Limited Use). Данные Google используются только для работы и улучшения описанных функций. Они не передаются другим лицам, кроме случаев, необходимых для работы этих функций (раздел 4), соблюдения закона или с вашего согласия; люди не читают эти данные, кроме случаев обращения в поддержку, необходимости по соображениям безопасности или требования закона.

4. Поставщики, обрабатывающие данные

  • Telegram — доставка сообщений и мини-приложение.
  • Google (Apps Script, Sheets, Calendar, Tasks) — Сервис работает на инфраструктуре Google; состояние пользователей хранится в таблицах Google Sheets, которыми управляет оператор.
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — тексты расписаний, задач и сообщений, нужные для формирования ответа, отправляются в API на обработку.

5. Хранение, сроки и безопасность

Данные хранятся в Google Sheets и свойствах Google Apps Script, доступных только оператору. Токены доступа Google хранятся платформой в зашифрованном виде и используются только для обращений к API Google от вашего имени. Мы храним данные, пока вы пользуетесь Сервисом. Доступ ограничен оператором, передача данных идёт по HTTPS.

6. Ваш выбор и удаление данных

  • Отключить Google можно в любой момент командой бота /disconnect или отозвать доступ на myaccount.google.com/permissions. После этого мы перестаём обращаться к вашим данным Google и удаляем сохранённые токены.
  • Чтобы удалить все данные о вас, напишите на pnoneisam@gmail.com (с вашего Telegram username) или отправьте запрос боту. Мы удалим данные в течение 30 дней.

7. Дети

Сервис предназначен для студентов вузов и не ориентирован на детей младше 13 лет.

8. Изменения

Мы можем обновлять политику. Дата вверху показывает последнюю версию; о существенных изменениях сообщим в боте.
